This policy explains what information ProEstimate (proestimateapp.com) collects and how it is used. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, and the name, phone and job title you choose to add for team contacts.
• Project content you enter: estimates, materials, labor and delivery lists, change orders, quotes and invoices, schedules, daily reports and safety inspections, comments and team chat messages.
• Client information you enter: your customers’ names, phone numbers, emails and addresses. You are responsible for having the right to enter it.
• Files and photos you upload to a project.
• Feedback you send us from the app.
• Technical data: basic request logs kept by our hosting providers (such as IP address and browser type), and small items stored in your browser (your sign-in session, language and sound settings). We do not use advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, send sign-in emails, show your team’s data to your team, answer your questions, fix problems and improve the Service.

3. Who handles the data

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage (servers in the United States).
• Cloudflare: website hosting, domain and content delivery.
• Google (Gmail): sending sign-in emails.
• A notification service may forward the text of feedback you send to the person running the Service.

These providers process data for us under their own terms. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect users or the Service.

4. Who can see your data

• Members of your team see the team’s projects, files, messages and contacts.
• Anyone with a client link sees the summary and change orders shared through that link.
• Photos attached to materials are stored at unguessable web addresses; anyone who has an address can open that photo.
• The operator of the Service can access stored data for support, security and maintenance.

5. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can download your projects from the app. To ask for correction or deletion of your data, email [email protected]. Some copies may remain in backups for a limited time.

6. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access is limited by sign-in and team permissions. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong email password and keep your devices protected.

7. Children

The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to children.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
